Last.fm has recently gotten a new tab at the top of the page called widgets. This is where you can do all sorts of cool stuff with. Let me explain in a little more detail. I will have my widgets at the bottom so that you can get a better idea as to what I am talking about.
First off, you have what is called a Radio Player widget. Basically all this is your own radio station based off the music that you listen too. You can also do neighbor radio stations so you can get an idea of what your friends and neighbors like to rock out too.
Secondly, they have want is called a Playlist player which is your playlist in a widget basically. You have to have 15 songs to get a playlist player widget.
Thirdly, there are the quilts that you can get either your top albums or top artists in a quilt. You can also have a large, medium, or small size.
Finally, they have charts which comes in a lot of difference options. First you can have your most recently played songs in a widget. It keeps it up to date as you listen to music people can know what you just listened too. Second you have keep track of overall top tracks and artists. Lastly, you can do weekly top tracks and artists and everyone week it is all updated for your fans. My widget at the bottom is going to consist of my recently played songs.
